This policy explains what personal data Inside The Load collects when you take the course, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and what your rights are. We keep it short and in plain language.
1. Who we are
Inside The Load is an online course for football strength & conditioning coaches, run by Daniel Ene, a private individual based in Romania ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What data we collect

We do not need, and ask you never to send us, real player data: names, dates of birth, medical or wellness information about real players. The course uses fictional practice data. If you send us real player data by mistake, we will delete it.
If you buy a paid version of the course, payments are handled by Payhip and its payment providers (for example Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
- Contract: to provide the course, the exam and the certificate you signed up for.
- Legitimate interests: to keep the course secure, prevent exam cheating, answer your questions and improve the course. We balance this against your rights.
- Consent: for testimonials and any optional surveys. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to keep accounting records if you buy a paid course.
4. Who we share data with
We only share data with service providers that help us run the course, and only what they need:

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA: some providers are in the UK or the US. The UK has an EU adequacy decision; for the US, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, as offered by each provider.
5. How long we keep data
- Beta testers and applicants: we delete beta data (applications, submissions, feedback, emails) by 31 March 2027, except certificate records and, if you ticked the box, your email address for the course launch announcement.
- Course and exam data: for as long as you are enrolled, plus up to 12 months for reviews and questions.
- Certificate records (name, date, score, ID): for as long as the certificate is valid, so it can be verified. You can ask us to delete yours; it will then no longer be verifiable.
- Accounting records for paid courses: as long as Romanian law requires.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@insidetheload.com; we will answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority: ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), www.dataprotection.ro, or to the authority in your own EU country.
7. Who the course is for
The course is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Cookies
The course runs on Payhip, which uses cookies to log you in and run the platform. See Payhip's own privacy and cookie policy for details. The insidetheload.com website does not set any cookies of its own. We do not add tracking or advertising cookies anywhere.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell enrolled students by email.
