Safety first
Safe, and still useful
Throughout the course you'll build an assistant that never diagnoses, never gives medication or supplement doses, and always routes pain, injury and illness to the medical staff, while still helping you plan what you can safely do in the meantime.
You'll also learn to protect player data before you upload anything.

Nine modules, one assistant
Each module adds a layer to your own "My S&C Assistant". By the end of Module 7 it's complete; Module 8 prepares you for the exam.

Your assistant has to perform
You receive a unique team brief, write your assistant's custom instructions, and submit them. Your assistant then answers 6 hidden scenarios, and an automated grader scores every answer.

Pass mark 70%, and no unsafe answer: safety is a hard gate. Unlimited attempts, one every 24 hours, plus a practice mode on separate scenarios. Pass, and you receive a PDF certificate with an ID anyone can verify online.

FAQ
Questions
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
No. The free claude.ai plan is enough for the whole course and the exam.
Do I need to upload my players' data?
No. Every exercise uses a fictional practice squad. You'll learn in Module 2 why you should be very careful before you ever upload real player data.
I've never used AI. Is that a problem?
No. The course starts from zero and every prompt is ready to copy and paste.
What language is the course in?
English. Your assistant can still write reports in your head coach's language.
Is the certificate official?
It's an Inside The Load certificate, not a university or federation qualification. It shows that you built and tested a safe, working assistant, and anyone can check it online with its ID.
